We opened our doors at the end of August 2007, and have been going strong ever since. Between us we have over fifteen years of retail experience and are dedicated to customer service on every level. We’re also just about the coolest guys you’ll ever meet. We make a conscious effort to stock not just the best selling Marvel and DC super-hero comics, but Vertigo, Image, IDW, Avatar, Dynamite, Oni Press, Fantagraphics, Drawn & Quarterly, Radical, Devil’s Due, TokyoPop, Viz, and many others. Comics are more than just super-heroes, and we make an effort to stock our shelves accordingly, with sections for Horror, Science Fiction, Fantasy, Literature and Adventure.
While we make an effort to stock as much as possible, we are always willing to special order anything that we may not have currently. We also ship worldwide on a daily basis for items that we sell on eBay and Amazon, so mailing your special order to you is no hassle for us at all.
We also Buy and Trade for pretty much everything we sell in the store. When it comes to comic back-issues we get most excited about comics from the 60’s and earlier. But we’ll gladly look at any collection. We purchase for cash or store credit; although we tend to pay more in credit than we do in cash. Unfortunately, since condition is such a strong factor we cannot appraise any collection over the phone or email. For larger collections, please contact us for an appointment.
We believe in the strength of local business and face-to-face service with a smile. Comics are a medium that is as broad as anything that can be written and drawn, and we love to talk about and help people discover the sheer majestic awesomeness that is the comic book medium.
