This week starts the real test of DC’s new universe, as the second issues of their rebooted books start coming out. Action Comics, Animal Man, Batwing, Detective Comics, Green Arrow, Hawk and Dove and more are all have their second issues out this week. Will the hits continue? We’ll have to check them out on Wednesday to find out. Along side the second issues is the new Huntress series. With everyone from the old Birds of Prey team represented in the new universe except for her, many wondered where she would end up. Well, she’s back with her own min-series this week.
On the Marvel side of things, Schism #5 comes out this week. We finally see the confrontation we’ve all been waiting for: Cyclopes vs Wolverine. Who will come out on top? Will they settle their differences in time to save the city from giant robots? Who will follow who after it’s over? See how it ends this week in Jason Aaron’s awesome mini-series.
